WHEAT

DURUM WHEAT

BARLEY

OATS

They are most commonly processed into oatmeal, a popular breakfast meal, and also are used in granola, baked goods, and snacks. CORN

Corn or maize is a widely cultivated cereal crop, recognized for its golden kernels arranged on a cob.
